In this “how to” video I am going to show you how to use the search and filter feature inside the repository.
When you are looking at your repository – there are quite a few ways to filter and find contracts.
First – towards the top, you can do a click filter through all, my in progress contracts (the ones originated on your paper), executed contracts (those that have been signed) or in progress contracts (those uploaded from you that were originated on the counterparties paper).
But if you really want to get into the nitty gritty using specific key words or data points – you would use the search bar here. When you hit the “filter by” button – you will see the list of options to filter by – data points, counterparty , effective date, etc. but one of the most important is “Clause Content”. With the clause content filter, you can type in a word or key phrase you know is in a contract – but have no idea any of the other information.
We make it so easy to search and find the contracts you need at your fingertips.
